Best hotels in Barcelona with wifi

1. Sonder Casa Luz

Best hotels in Barcelona with wifi: Sonder Casa Luz

We stayed at Sonder Casa Luz on a four-day working trip in Barcelona, and we would absolutely book here again. The hotel’s best feature is without doubt its rooftop restaurant and terrace, with views overlooking Plaça Universitat.

When it’s not meal time, the restaurant has more of a quieter café vibe. You can plug in here to do some work, or flip your laptop out on the terrace with those sweeping views.

The wifi is strong and fast throughout the hotel, and the comfy bedrooms are equipped with desks. Whether you want to use the hotel as a casual working base or you just need to get a few tasks done at the end of a day exploring, it fits the bill perfectly.

In terms of location, you couldn’t really be more central. There’s a metro station right outside, so you can be anywhere in the city in a matter of minutes, while Plaza Catalunya is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Gallery Hotel Barcelona

Situated just off Passeig de Gracia, just a few minutes’ walk from the iconic Casa Batllo, Gallery Hotel 4 Sup is one of our top choices for hotels in Barcelona with wifi for location. You’ll be at the heart of the Eixample district, which is one of the best Barcelona neighbourhoods to stay for sightseeing.

This is another hotel that has a rooftop terrace, this time with a pool, and great views. The wifi is strong up on the roof, so you can work up there if you like. For a more formal working environment you can use the dedicated business centre, complete with work desks.

Gallery Hotel is set in an old building that has been very well renovated, and feels modern. The bedrooms are spacious and immaculately clean, fitted with flat-screen satellite TVs, and you can expect some thoughtful touches like some complimentary treats on arrival.

Once again, we’ve chosen a hotel that comes with a sun terrace and outdoor swimming pool. After a day of working or exploring, you can relax up here with the view, hit the fitness centre or unwind in the garden.

Poblenou is also home to Aticco Med, a coworking and coliving space with sea views and a sun terrace. See our guide to coworking spaces in Barcelona for more ideas if you want to switch up your working environment.
